Return and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of the date originally shipped for a full refund in accordance with the original payment method.  Any items received after 14 days will not be refunded or exchanged. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and fax to 480-621-5981.   An RA number is required for all returns and may be assigned upon review of the Return/Exchange form. Please include the Return/Exchange form with the merchandise when shipping back. Allow 7 days to process the return/exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are exchanging your purchase for a different size no additional shipping charges will be incurred for standard shipping within the contiguous Unites States. We suggest you send your return or exchange by registered or insured mail since T’s Accessories is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. All original tags must still be on the merchandise.

All jewelry, swimwear and sale merchandise is ‘Final Sale’.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can only be canceled by phone or fax up till the time the order is shipped. You cannot cancel an order that has been processed and shipped. With prior authorization you may return your items for a refund.

Out of Stock Items 

We always try to have all of our items in stock however, if an item is out of stock there will be no backorders. We will notify the customer that the item is out of stock and the order will be canceled. We suggest frequently returning to the site to see what new merchandise is online.
