What is the difference between gold plated and gold vermeil?
Vermeil has more layers of gold that an item that is gold plated.

What is the base metal of your jewelry?
Copper and Zinc are used in better fashion jewelry. All items are Lead and Nickel free.

Will any of the jewelry tarnish?
No. All the silver is Rhodium plated which prevents tarnishing.

If I’m sensitive to metal, will I have a reaction to this jewelry?
No because all of the jewelry is Lead and Nickel free.

What is your return policy?
With prior approval exchanges and returns on non-jewlery items will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please complete the return and exchange form that came with the merchandise. See link if another copy is needed. Return/Exchange Form

All jewelry sales are final sales.

Can I exchange an item?
Certainly, if we have it in stock we will gladly exchange the item.

What if my item isn’t in stock?
We will do our best to contact the customer. The order will be cancelled and any charges will be refunded.
